Supported Living and Floating Support

Support that enables you to live independently in a home of your own.

Our Supported Living and Floating Support options provide flexible support delivered in your own home. This can range from one hour per day to 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We will work with you to ensure you get the support that’s right for you and designed to build your confidence and enable you to live successfully and happily. Housing support is available on an individual basis in single occupancy properties or in shared accommodation.
