Temporary closure of our Ipswich Road Community Hub

Our Ipswich Road Community Hub has been temporarily closed while more detailed investigations are carried out on the surface depressions, which have been present at the site (and under investigation) since earlier this year.

The decision was made to vacate the Hub from 24 May 2023 following advice from NCC Corporate Property who are carrying out the work. 

Colleagues and customers have been relocated to Sprowston Community Hub where all three services (including Harford Hill) have combined onto one site and remain open for referrals.

All email and mobile numbers remain the same.

We fully appreciate how unsettling this change is for everyone involved, but our priority is to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues. Our focus now is to ensure all customers impacted by the move continue to receive the support they need.
