Choosing how we communicate with you

Making communication accessible is something that’s really important to us. That’s why, from today, every letter we send to our stakeholders will include a version in easy read format.

Our easy read documents are produced by us and combine pictures from a nationally recognised database of images (called Photosymbols) with clear, easy to understand, wording.

It’s always difficult getting communication right, and we appreciate that not everyone will want to receive additional letters in this format.

We’ve written to all stakeholders giving you the option to choose which formats you receive.
